Q. Do I need an account to shop on Kabuliwala?
While you can browse products without an account, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and get exclusive offers.
Q. How do I create an account on Kabuliwala?
To create an account:
- Click on Account button on our website
- Then click on the Register button if you are a new user.
- Enter your phone number, email, password and birthday.
- Agree terms & conditions and complete the registration.
Q. Does Kabuliwala have a mobile app?
We are currently working on a mobile app to enhance your shopping experience. Stay tuned for updates!
Q. How do I reset my password if I forget it?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or SMS.
Q. Can I sell my products on Kabuliwala?
Yes! Kabuliwala welcomes businesses and brands to sell their products on our platform. If you are interested in becoming a seller or partner, please contact our support team for details on registration, requirements, and commission structures.
Orders & Payments
Q. How do I place an order at Kabuliwala?
You can place your order in a few simple steps:
- Add your chosen items to the cart.
- At checkout, you can either log in as an existing member or register as a new user.
- Choose a payment method and confirm your order.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- bKash, Rocket, and Nagad (Mobile Banking)
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Debit/Credit Cards)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (for eligible orders)
Q: How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work? With Cash on Delivery, you can place your order online and pay in cash when your items are delivered to your address.
Q: Is COD available for all products? COD is generally available for most products, but some selected items may require advance prepayment. If COD isn’t available for a particular product, it will be indicated during checkout.
Q: How do I make the advance payment?
Steps for Payment:
- Pay via "Payment" option in your bKash/Nagad app.
- After making the payment, share the number from which the payment was made or the last 4 digits of the number with us for verification.
- The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
Note: No product will be shipped without the advance being received. (selected items)
Q: How do I make an online payment? During checkout, simply select a cashless payment option (credit/debit card or mobile payment). You’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can enter your payment details and confirm your payment.
Q: Can I change my mind and pay online instead of COD? Once you’ve chosen COD, it’s not possible to change to a different payment method. However, you can always contact customer support for assistance.
Q: Can I modify or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. However, you can cancel it before shipping.
Cancellation
Q: How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, contact our customer support before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Q: Can I cancel part of my order?
No, partial cancellations are not allowed. You must cancel the entire order and place a new one if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within Dhaka, and 3-7 business days outside Dhaka.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package.
Q: What is the delivery charge?
A: The delivery charge is 70 Taka within Dhaka and 130 Taka outside Dhaka. Delivery charges may vary based on location and order size. Please check at checkout for exact pricing.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
Please check the product carefully upon receipt to confirm your order. If the product has any defects, such as torn or cracked, please return it to the delivery man. We will send a new and completely fresh product instead. However, once the delivery man leaves, no changes or refunds will be possible. We hope that with your cooperation, we can provide better service.
Q: How do I request a return or refund?

- We will review and confirm your request.
- Return the item as instructed.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Q: Can I get a refund for my order?
Refunds are available for eligible returns. If you paid via bKash, card, or online banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
